My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered excellent views of downtown Miami but were right over the freeway, providing both amazing views and potential noise. The service, especially from Fadil and Hendrick at the front desk, was top-notch, although some staff seemed distracted. The location was convenient overall, but the immediate surroundings lacked a true rooftop feel. The dining options, despite excellent service from José, left much to be desired in terms of selection and presentation. The facilities were satisfactory, but there were some unfounded charges on the final bill that clouded an otherwise luxurious experience.

Although I had to wait 4 hours in the lobby before getting a room, once settled, the comfort was beyond amazing, and Javier's welcoming presence made the stay delightful. However, the room had some cleanliness issues like dust and mold. Can't wait to return despite the initial inconvenience!
